Syntel will eventually layoff all employees.. All floors will not be empty..It will be taken over by massive army of rats.. there are more rats in Syntel than employees..They can't even get rid of massive rats..let alone Engagement. Managers..

What about support staff. Why are they still enjoying the benefits of billable staff.
Why can't we have a reduction in support staff. Why are only technical staff being dragged to over perform in various roles.
Need of the hour is to aggressively look out for new avenues in business to feed these support staffs.
