To give us more time to focus on day to day tasks as we transition to the cloud. So we are not going to spend an hour, one time, talking about how I can get off my hamster wheel, so I can make sure to focus my energy on running on my hamster wheel? What kind of reason is that?! It goes against Citrix culture and I am calling BS (they really should have done better with that messaging). Wonder if people have any thoughts...

Rumors have been swirling that layoffs will be the first week in October. Considering the recent top-level changes, I'm pretty certain those rumors are true.
Don't bring up the hypocrisy of bragging about career development but never actually developing anyone's career. Especially don't bring that to HR. It's much easier to fire you than develop your career.
