The company pays the difference while on Severance. You won't pay any more than you already do. You will also be grandfathered in from last day worked for coverage
The difference it that you are billed directly instead of it being taken out of your check.
Health Insurance Innovations was the cheapest i found,i don't know how anyone could afford Cobra while UN employed.
I got let go August 5 just got my cobra packet August 28 not sure u want to look at it anyway way expensive
I have been off since Aug. 28 and still no cobra statement.
