I have been a customer of business customer of Office Depot's since they merged with OfficeMax. I tried to e-mail my account manager and received a kick-back. It took me several hours to finally reach someone else and was told there had been some job shifts. I know now that he was let go.
This is an extremely unprofessional way to conduct business No one has contacted me to tell me who my new account manager is and I am very concerned now about my account. I think it is time to start reviewing my alternatives.
This is what we talk about when we say that cuts are only a temporary solution that will always come back to bite us in the behind. Especially if it's a rushed process that was poorly organized, and resulted in situations such as this one. I hope something will change before we lose all of our customers...
