Boeing offering voluntary layoffs now in North Charleston (who voted down union representation recently). Does anyone know if in-voluntary layoffs or RIFs will follow like the Sept ones in Seattle? Rumor in the St. Louis IT Center of Excellence was managers had to have their RIF list in by May for Sept 2017 RIFs.
