Vdo an rcc are at an all time low in personal. Why dont you try doing your job non stop till your break. Yes the wait times are out of control. But if we call for every little thing, like modem swaps or provision non 300 statics, when most of us have laptops. Might take alittle strain off wait times. You do know jsiml still works right. Just wait till the bronx vdo is gone. Double those wait times. I get that things happen ,jobs set up wrong. W.h a. Sometimes does not work. Poor verizon signal on 4 year old ipads that were bad to begin with. Here , heres a tissue. An if you need a shoulder to cry on come up to long island. We r all in same boat, with no paddles.
