Was laid off over a month ago as an PTM from Kelloggs on July 10th, 2017. Filed for unemployment was given a weeks worth of unemployment. As of Today August 1st Kelloggs reached out to Unemployment & said I quit my job.

You have to be joking?!?! I would appeal the decision and fight it. And there you have it... one last F U from the iconic moral compass.
Requested a all information from Kellogg's HR Monday. Still have yet to here anything. They told me my listing was as resignation release!
Send unemployment a copy of your termination letter. If you didn't get one call HR and request one.
When was your end date u had a stay on bonus on a monthly basis
