I did call about our current severance contracts. Under Federal Law, Kellogg cannot pull any severance money from you. Doesn't hurt to send them an email or call the Law Firm. With all the paid holidays I have worked, six day work weeks, and 60+ hour weeks, I would be crazy not to join. They took advantage of me and many other people. A lot of people signed up for the original lawsuit and signed the agreement afterward. They were never told the suit disqualified them for the severance package.

Yeah but ask GS about our termination contracts. Unless they have a workaround we forfeited right to sue when we signed.

I once sat down and figured out my pay per hour and it came to 3.23 an hour....joining this, if you all don't you're crazy
