Wow what a reminder of why I'm glad I'm gone from that company. I complained about that stuff daily and it sadly got me nowhere. Management doesn't care they just want numbers numbers numbers no matter how you get them.

A real sales person doesn't need to lie to a customer to make a sale.

People come to you to buy and you want to sell them. No reason to be a D--k and screw them over in the process

Geez?....ok nobody complain about anything ever or @cby will start to cry and ask you to leave the company! Gosh Beaver!

Hey @cby why don't you apply your own advice to this situation and just leave this website!

You need to expect to read at least a few disgruntled complaints on an anonymous board called "thelayoff" I mean come on dude! This is just common sense.

If you want to read company propaganda and comments from fawning sycophants you need to check "vzweb". Not "thelayoff"

There's some good free advice..you don't have to thank me.

All that Web link does is redirect you to where it shows how much the real side of verizon would s--- if we weren't union. And I'm not even pro union but maybe after reading those I better rethink.. we work 1 minute over and get paid for 30. They work 5 minutes under and lose 30? Okay......

Thx op..I don't work in that part of the business, but I believe every word of that post.

I guess it makes me a "hater", in the eyes of some, but I think "integrity" should mean being the company we say we are.

None of the business practices described demonstrates any "integrity".

I also think "integrity" starts at the top.

Unfortunately, when I look up to the leadership I can easily see boatloads of arrogance, but"integrity"? not so much.

No integrity and also no charisma..what kind of a leader is that?
