Only been two weeks and stores are looking terrible! Damaged product being packed out and a lot of lost volume. In shop rites ends and displays not being ordered for and what can I say about Walmart! Big mistake Kellogg's!

Their volume is non existent,in our area kellogg has been cut back to six items,and the shelves are bare.Wednesday i start work for NABISCO,and I'm going to give them 110%,just to make our weak competition look even worse.
U haven't seen anything yet what a train wreck this is going to be all my stores are cutting sku and shelf spaces as well as killing display giving space away to the competition because the store doesn't want to deal with it
