Do we know Cecil left Lazard voluntarily ? Possibly was "on the open market" ... if so, just a corporate welfare deal from way to Cecil
Curious why Cecil left Lazard. If he was brought in by Way to help sale/merge company he could have big golden parachute negotiated.
Nice Day 1 for Cecil with stock issuance. We'll see if it worth much as it vests - if he is not too tired of Way by then (or Way hasn't been run off). Cash component will be interesting to watch.
What was reason 9 noted in blog leaving. Owen new job with equity. Others?
Boling magically disappeared today from website with no press release or announcement. Nine is a BIG number that seems to be hidden from public markets in order to bolster stock?
5 Officers have left the Company since mid-May 2017 (Curry, Gargani, Owen, Dewbre and Boling) if you include those parties with the title of Director and above the number swells to a whopping total of 9 leaders departing the Company since May. Who is possibly next? Do the Board of Directors really care?
Boling let go. Stewart not in running but could work out if we can't attract anyone good. Way should be gone too. When he shows up in WV Monday, someone ask him how he thinks he can create value when the price curve is falling and our production levels will be flat at best.
Where is Boling going? Laid off, retired, other opportunity or gonna be unemployed. Stewart may stay as CFO??
Boling gone. New guy in. Way tells us he is looking for a COO and CFO, so two more heads to roll when that happens.
PREDICT. EXECS NONE RETIRING AND NONE LAID OFF. Note G & A costs INCREASED.
not decreased despite layoffs.
Cool summer and warmer winter. Almost 10% of stock float shorted. Downgrades looming.
Premarket trading on our stock today down more.
A revolving door on 5. More to come when 2018 is on the radar. BW and his smoke and mirrors. Look out!
New EVP David Cecil workng mergers and aquisitions since 1998.
Just kidding, who would want our debt and the fayetville.
Anyone else find it concerning that they haven't fired bill yet? Seams the board might not believe this can work. Buyout coming? #52weeklow
Announcement of a new exec addition, where is the ax falling on the others?
Note footnote on term loan secured by Fayetteville..may be due a year earlier. Also we lost money on our gas price hedges realized $2.15/mcf versus $2.35/mcf.
Sprayed a LOT OF air freshener over pooh. Big EPS miss.
Look at RRC and CHk as indicators for us.
The Board pushes for layoffs while they keep adding members? EOG only has 7 Board Members and review its market value!!
I've had a decent source say board is pushing for layoffs and consolidation in September
Black Friday expected after 2q 2017 release. New 5 year low today
The Way effect - new 52-week low today.
Sobering and NO WAY to make this look good:
5 year report card. COG up 18.32, EQT up 11.33, Rice up 27.17, swn down 83.55%
Look at company Range Resources today revenues up but EPS miss..is this us? SWN hitting new 5 year lows not good sign.
