To all Mvd, if you are laid off the next 31, do not sign off any document from HR. Stand firm and ask for a copy of that doc saying you want to check first with your lawyer and the labor office, it is part of your labor rights. Seems HR is trying to save some money on compensations due the large number of people fired. Be smart and wise!

Yes, thanks a lot! - It is an awful situation and I´ll be very nervous for take a close look at the paperwork, I am going to avoid sign anything if it is my turn as well. Will seek for some external advice right away. Sabre is not what it used to be...
Good tip, thanks for the advice, i hadn't thought about that! If its my turn to go on monday i will take a close look at all the paperwork for sure, and not feel obligated ti sign anything immediately!
