Congrats! You're the best of the best. Especially the girl that has been in her role for 9months that beat out one of the finest reps I met that has been there for 15 plus years. This wasn't based on sales numbers or education, this was based on how well the new Zone Manager likes you. I was picked and I know that I'm not as good as several of the people that where let go. I just have company spirit aka I kiss a--. Attn to the Best, we are out of a job very soon. Cereal will combine with snacks and we WILL outsource to ACOSTA. This is what they already do and they make 30k. You're worth nothing without writing an order.

You are wrong sir. Management had absolutely no say so on who was picked to stay. Several managers were extremely upset that their good people were let go instead of the low performance KSRs. The DSMs and ZSLs had no say so what so ever . I think they just drew territories and picked the person who lived the closest
If you hear anything different from anyone else then they are full of crap and lying to you
Re mileage: you can claim difference.
Kelloggs infatuated with pretty food marketing grads with no true grocery experience.
Obviously it shows.
From my sources in Battle Creek the company hired an outside firm to pick each of us based on geography. Where you live in regards to the new structure of territories is what ultimately decieded everyone's fate.
What about the people who been there 30 plus yrs and still get shown the door. There severence is max 26 wks from what I'm told real cheap on Kellogg part just like the 12cents u get on mileage to beat up your cars should be atleast 35 cents a mile the gov rate is 54 cents a mile
