Posted this in HPE, but it should be seen here as well. A class-action suit has been submitted against both HP inc. and HPE. The suit both alleges racism and ageism. Gotta say, with latest happenings, not surprised in the least.

I worked there back in 2004-2009 as a perm, and was getting paid $10. I busted my a-- every single day and was getting paid less than a temp! Only because I wouldn't put out! To get ahead in this company women have to put out and get thrown under the bus( let 50+ guys from HP gang rape them whenever they want)! I was laid off in 2009, not because I didn't work hard, but because I was being: blocked from raises, promotions, bonuses , eventually laid off, because I as the only girl to stand up for myself and fight against them(perms and temps, men) . About 80% of women were drugged and gang rapped. Women were forced to s--- Jonathan Martinez d--k on lunch break and f--- him, so he could put in a good word for them with Rolando M.( 3rd shift supervisor). Women that refused, he complained, and stopped any chance of getting ahead.
[:rolleyes:] Seriously? I thought it will be something, but it's just three unhappy employees... They have no chance; if they'd be female, or g--, then they might have chance, but since they all are males - no way this will fly.
These days an old African-American le---an over fifty will hit the bank, but this - nah...
HP, HPE management has no integrity whatsoever, same with DXC
The managers with the worst levels of integrity were almost promoted. those managers who used to threaten employees with dire consequences got promoted to Operations Managers and even Service Line managers.

Seat sensors at the Marlborough, MA facility proved without a shadow of a doubt the integrity of HP.
Many other companies have been doing this for years during both good and bad times. Welcome to capitalism. Back in the '50s and '60s things were a little more stable.
Bunch of crap. Being over 40 isn't old unless you use it as a crutch, so adapt or die. Most of the HP workforce is over 40, so obviously if they layoff a lot of people, most are going to be over 40. And here's a shocker: Corporations are greedy and care more about investors than employees. Go work at a non-profit or private company if you don't like it. No one whined about capitalism at HP when they were getting double-digit raises and bonuses.
I am surprised something like this didn't happen sooner...
