we've got a ton of comments from people that in retrospect wish they had voted the union IN. Use the brains that God gave you, guys. The company sees you as nothing but an expense and would rather just contract the whole enchilada out. Read up on the actual statements right out of the mouths of the big man (Drahi) and the little big man (Goei) and you'll know that these dudes ain't on your side! If you remain under those conditions you will end up working for peanuts and no benefits. Good luck.
