Class-action suit against HPE

Somebody called it, a class-action suit has been submitted against both HP inc. and HPE. I am not surprised in the least. The suit both alleges racism and ageism. Again, not surprised in the least.

What rights do we have as hpe employees to file a claim against them for incorrect severance? I worked for the company for 20-plus years in my department and with the buyout of dxc CSC they went under the guidelines of dxc.

The fact you are not surprised doesn't make it valid, as class action suits are the ones in which the lawyers get the majority of the money and tens of thousands of people split the rest and get a check for $4 and wish they just took the WFR severance and got on with their life.
