Anyone know of the Fossil Group severance package policy? I've asked around and with HR and no one has straightforward answers. Store is closing in a few weeks. Thanks

It is usually 1 week pay (your average hours worked for a week) for every year youve been with the company
Yeah, seems like store staff are more likely to show up for work and simply be locked out. :(
If you work at a store, I doubt you'll be getting one. BTW, which store?
