Board members donot show any interest or involvement in company functions,sales,employee welfare, infrastructure, But only consider revenue earning as their sole motive.
Why don't the board members attend town hall and face the employees.

We hire people to get work done when is work to do. No work available means no people needed.
will one keep kids in day care and employ domstic servants and cooks if there is no job... naturally no, cause no job means you are free and no salary so no need for day care center like kidzee... you wont think about kidzee branch employees losing jobs due to all customers with drawing their kids from day care cernter as the parents of kids lost their IT jobs and are unable to pay and dont need day care also.
If not here they will move base to philipines and africa.
after all indian work like slaves in middle east and dont complain...
