Field Service organization:

We had a good week visiting with many depots in the ATS Optimum footprint this past week. We will be continuing our visits and hope to see each of you in the near future.

We wanted to take this opportunity to announce that we will be introducing an incentive program for the Field Service organization that will run July through September 2017. The incentive program is intended to drive additional installation work, over and above our typical run rate. This program will run retroactive for the full month of July as we would like to see the incremental installations begin immediately. We are in the process of hammering out the details of the incentive program with the Regional Vice Presidents. We will be providing you with further incentive program information once we have completed these discussions.

Supervisors will work hard to organize the installation work in your depot and maximize all resources to exceed our normal run rate. They will support the Field Service technicians and help to remove obstacles that may limit our ability to complete additional installation work. Field Service technicians, please let your supervisors know if you are available to work any additional overtime. Let’s all work together on this initiative and share in the rewards.

I just don't get why so many techs just keep complaining about this company ? If you like the way they run their businesses just get another job and stop being such a crybabies !

For all those who didn't believe that management infiltated this website.... there's your proof. This website was dedicated to the workers ONLY. Now you see they're passing info here. They lied to you. They pushed you around. And they created "ghost towns" and distrust in all your depots. Pretty soon you'll see them publish your weekly point totals here. Why not? Since techs aren't payting them any mind and won't believe a word they say.

Sounds like they dont feel we do enough work. So here comes even less points so they can load us up even heavier. An supervisor help. Thats a joke. They just add calls when ever they want then text you they did it. I guess these guys underestimated how much work there was going to be in relation to how many techs quit. Guess well just smile an wave boys.
