Bad management and no transparency. they lie to the workforce. And management only cares about there bonus at the end of the year. Plus want workers to hurry up so that they get there bonus. The second round is going to be a bloodbath for sure. Human Resources dept. don't even know the company handbook very well and they want to change things on it...plus management hides bad managers to different areas of the plant...totally wrong in my book...so they took state money and filled all these jobs with incompetent people that are posers in the right sense...
I agree, @O35Q9Ai-jnkw. Management lacks knowledge and proper skills and and has no desire to change that. Yet when layoffs come, we'll be the ones to pay.
