By 2017 our top managers were replaced by Dell Managers and as soon as they came they started firing most of PS guys in NY/NJ region , even people on active project were ask to leave which is strange as they are billable resources for company . I was told within 1 year they will close entire NY/NJ PS and hundreds of Engineers will be fired . In the end company will have Sales team / Finance / Lawyers and no engineers . Too bad they don't realize you need engineers for implementation / migration and day to day activity .
