And when was that vote?i sat there for 20 minutes and then asked our local president, when were we going to fight?His reply was you cant gold plate a goats a--,and we were out of a job.
Cincinnati did not vote to fight, I was there. You guys voted to go for the best deal possible and not fight for our jobs.
Your BA was telling you it was going to happen like it or not so you had best fight for the money.
Here in Cincinnati we weren't given the right to vote,we were prepared to walked Feb 9,and our local told us they were going to fight.By April they were working with Kelloggs to make our termination as smooth as possible.We were all sold out by the teamsters,what a disgraceful coverup.
Only two locals wanted to fight to save their jobs local 175 and local out of Chicago I don't no why the other locals didn't want to fight it's a sad day when Teamster members won't fight to save their jobs I have Ben a member 28 years
