Good luck, everybody, it stared... ADM has started sending emails to affected employees, and it is expected that everybody who is being laid off will be notified by the end of the month.

are you saying that people getting laid off are being notified via email???
Why couldn't they just notified everybody at the same time? The wait will be excruciating.
