Thread regarding Kmart layoffs

SM Layoffs coming!

Herd a rumor that Store Managers that don't carry safety blades are in store for lay offs!

May be good news for store managers that struggle to walk around the sales floor.

My store manager actually helps a lot so I'd be sad to see them go.

Yeah right, that would make too much sense. Lazy managers s--- up and hide things to get by and never get affected. Everyone else has extra work piled on them while the highest paid don't do much of anything!

Since the invention of the cell phone, this happens in just about every single workplace on an everyday basis, no matter the field of endeavor. The only time this crap stops, albeit briefly, is when the CEO or a corporate stooge is on site. Suddenly, they become "managers".

Our store manager & asst mgr talk all the time, or text their friends, play on their phones. Worthless.

It means store managers s---. They sit in the office for days on end working on the "schedule" due to budget cuts. The company can't even afford employees to stay afloat. Seriously Sears and Kmart. Shut your f---ing doors once and for all!!!!!!!!!
