That's where you're wrong you HOPE that the contract you get will make you better off. Remember just like the company isn't obligated to give us anything, you're in the same boat just because everything has to stay the same for you right now doesn't mean if something changes you'll get to keep everything once you get a contract. And in the terms of layoffs don't think your proctected. Every cba has a section pertaining to layoffs or RIFs(look it up) which will specially how and when you'll be layed off. So please stop the bs with the we're better of than you.
Tell you this much we might not have a contract yet but everything has to stay status quo till we get one. You on the other hand are at will and a CONTRACTOR look up the meaning of that and what a company is obligated to give you and NOT give you like health care your work vehicle exc. You can say all you want but when push comes to shove we will be better off then nonunion shops.

You're right it's called a contract, one of which you don't have. And if you think there's going to be anything in that contract that says ausa can't shut down field operations you're out of your mind. Let us know when you actually get your contract and what the terms of it are.

soooooo when AUSA does away with Field Service and is strictly ATS, how is the union going to save those techs? They're not. The idea of "we went union and we're safe", is a dream. ATS, maybe. AUSA techs in the future. Nope. All they can do is offer you a position within the company, a package or applying for ATS as an entry level tech.

Personally, I like it when Fat Barry pats me on the back and tells me that I'm the best tech. I also like listening to Mr. Hilbur and Mr. Prakash; they are the most admirable men I've met in my entire career. They're very handsome too. I don't want a union because Altice has shown that they're committed to delivering world class service to our customers. A union will only get in the way of that. Furthermore, the current training I'm getting will take me to another level of expertise and I'm very grateful for this opportunity.
Unions are just a bunch of ignorant evil gangsters that extorts the working class. Altice management are far more honorable than those guys. Real talk.
I will continue to be a loyal ATS tech because deep down inside, I know that management has our best interest at heart. They would never do anything to betray our trust.

What makes me anxious and nervous are the recent service reviews that having been paying our checks for years. Read those reviews and let me know if your comfortable getting a mortgage or car loan.

Exactly if you chose Ats you already said no to the union we knew Ats was a bad deal but you still believed in the company it's time for Ats techs to do the heavy lifting to show that your ready we should not have to convince you in securing your future.

What Depot needs authorization cards we'll bring them down Monday you have to want it. I am not begging, I'm in a good position now I am doing this with no real benefit just helping others to control their future.
