They harassed me at work as the sectional head was a horrible woman who undermined her subordinate who happened to be my line manager. This put me right in the middle of horrible office politics which I did not want be a part of. It was like my line manager would ask me to do one thing and the sectional head would ask just the opposite and I didnt know what to do. So I raised it with regional HR person who just swept every thing under the carpet as he didnt have the guts to stand tall and address the issue like a man. Instead he kept kissing sectional heads back side and covering up. They tried so many way to accuse me of so many things to get rid of me but yet went on appraising me for the fantastic work I dis but if I was 1 min late they would send me a warning letter. I finally decided to leave this horrible place but I did write to the Group CEO/ Group HR person which was a waste of my time as they swept it under the carpet as well.
I am in a very similar situation, @MPWBag0-1wlja, and honestly, I am at the end of my rope. Management is completely useless, and their in-fighting (over our backs) is bringing down the company. I am about ready to leave this toxic environment.
