Billable safe x Bench Get out of company

This attitude of billable vs bench culture needs to change.

Workmen staff like employees who work on projects which gets revenue for the company are not well treated.

These techie people adjust themselves in different conditions,domains, accounts and client needs.

Gain appreciation and Learn on the job new technologies and deliver.

Whereas stagnant DM+ guys are safe in their shell and comfortably sitting andc doing same proposal word Docs from past so many years.

Need of the hour is to cut the red tape and move ahead.

It is good move to fire benched employee. This will stop playing around with employee using appraisal / regionalism etc as it will be difficult get a suitable person on board as replacement upon attrition from bench and bad managers will get quickly exposed.

Big example is the fedexx pune dd who forced out all non locals and ended up in current state.... haha
