-When we are standing in a room with a customer on hold for 30 plus minutes now
-We are the ones who look absolutely ridiculous don't have enough time to barley get our lovely routes down in time without rushing now we have to wait on hold forever
-This lovely new company is making us look like a joke and the customers are seeing it how bad it's becoming

Nope that's scare tactics once you vote yes they have to leave everything alone until you agree on a contract and that's when you negotiate a policy as long as they have outside contractors working that you have a job and if there's going to be cuts the outside contractors go first do some research contact a union rep they will help you with any questions or concerns trust me it's the smartest thing to do in this place and trust me when I say that if your sups where techs they would want it to cause there running scared as well be smart get organized save what you have left.
I heard if ats shops vote for a union, altice can just say they are going to go with a new contractor, and shut us out. Is this true?
It just blows my mind that this whole dam place isn't union by now even if this place literally wrote it on the walls everyone would read it shake there heads and deal with it instead of doing something about it how much can you take before you realize what needs to be done. You can say all you want that it's to late but it's not the second you vote union yes everything stays status quo so at least what you have left will stay that way why in gods name would you want to risk losing more then you have if you care about your job and your future then do something about it instead of coming on this site and crying about the problems the administrator of this site can't help your future so s**t or get off the pot at least Texas woke up and is doing something about it Oakland is good and Brooklyn is good wake up people strength is in numbers let's get this done already
The psc condoned this purchase profits over morals our only saving grace would of been if the whole company went union but you know how that turned out.

Turn that frown upside down, we have just reached another milestone. The preparation for the first OLT is underway in Ny somewhere why is this important to make believe we are doing a real new build, and to lure in investors and acquire more companies and get rid of American workers in favor of lower more cost effective options.
