Kellogg Co., which plans to close its distribution center near Hagerstown, will lay off 76 employees effective July 29, according to a report filed with the state. The facility at 11841 Newgate Blvd. in the Hunters Green II Business Park handles a variety of cookies and crackers in Kellogg's U.S. Snacks business, the company said.
