Simple. They're working on points (Good thing we wasted half the meeting complaining about it lol). ATS is hiring in multiple positions INCLUDING field service. We are NOT going to PTO in 2018. We ARE keeping Fidelity to manage 401k. We ARE keeping educational assistance. We WILL keep the same benefits as AUSA and SuddenLink. Though not 100% secure, I'd say we're doing okay without a UNION.
