They should clean house of that useless layer of good ole boy managers who have been around since the DG days and have never had one new, fresh or innovative idea. They just kiss *** up the chain and that works, they haven't ever had to worry about keeping their job and many have been promoted to even better jobs in the midst of all these layoffs and cutbacks; they have always been protected and don't have to worry or perform while the talented people who contribute/sacrifice and actually do the work, have been laid off because the greedy clowns just want more and more $$, it's never going to be enough. From the looks of things, they will never get laid off so anxiously awaiting the day where they have to start feeding on each other because there is no one left.
Agree, @OdAtRyp-7svp. They are the true detriment to the company, with salaries that could look great on quarterly report if cut.
