Hey all. Last week I was down to only 6 hours for backstock service calls. I have to drive 40 plus minutes to a store for less than 30 minutes of work time. I finally said goodbye on Friday because it's obviously not worth it. I would like to file for unemployment, but the online form is asking for contact mailing address, phone number, etc. for Kellogg's. Anybody out there have that info?

I didn't have a contract with Kellogg's. I was hired in 2014 and worked in one state for 2 years and then requested a transfer to another state. I was just a lowly p/t employee who over that last two weeks, had a total of 13 hours. It takes me longer to drive to a store and home than I would spend in the store (Walmart) to face product and pull product from the top shelf. I simply told those in charge that I can't do this anymore as I'm putting miles on my car for subpar pay. I researched a few states and they normally do pay unemployment if there has been a loss of hours. Going from 22 to 6 hours is a loss. I just needed to obtain contact information so I can fill out unemployment paperwork. I start a new gig next week, but can still collect unemployment (up to X amount of new job salary). Might as well make some money from all this other than a lousy 6 hours a week.
Good call that a long movie
Planet of the Apes.
What movie are u watching tomorrow
Yeah, you should have just let the K-Stars run and take a nap in your car. I'm a full time KM and supposed to work at least 8 hours but there's only been about 2 hours a day. My DM, Merchandising Manager and the KSR I work for don't give a $#!?. I've been watching movies at a theatre that's right next to a Target in my area and getting paid for it LMFAO.
I think that was the wrong play. Why didn't you just not go and put down the hours as if you did? Nobody really cares anymore, especially the reps. Then you could've taken advantage of unemployment and the little bonuses they're giving out at the end.
U might have an issue getting your unemployment if u left before your end date they may look at is a voluntary leave good luck
