Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

Twenty laid off at Juniper in past month

Apparently around 20 odd have already been laid off in EMEA quietly including a very well-liked upper mgmt figure in the less than one month that we have a new boss here. The boss is ex-Brocade and doing what he did to Brocade: running the company to ground. Any company's greatest asset is its people. As soon as they start treating employees like Wall St. numbers, its game over for the company. People working here will not have their heart in their work, they will be looking for work outside.

Bumped to thread from @NE5rnKF-Csrx as it's new info more people should see.

20 in EMEA? That's just the tip of the iceberg! There are more cuts happening all over in spurts. Mid-level managers, who are standing up for people, are getting booted first. When they get rid of any kind of resistance, the fools at the top can slice and dice at will. Expect a sh-- fest soon.

Since, the 2Q earnings call is on 7/25, in a week, any big cuts should be expected to follow. Rami and the rest of the execs appear to be making no effort to preserve the workforce - Self preservation is the name of the game at the CxO level.

Juniper was a technical leader, and is now run down into the ground with incompetence all around - jdi to marketing & sales. Only services is run efficiently. What a joke. How can we survive, when even Arista is kicking our a--? Seriously! We are F*cked.
