How does someone get a job at Amazon? I am interested in Asset Protection and I see very little postings, a new warehouse is being built near my home and I would like to know how soon before opening do they hire staff, especially in Asset Protection?

Linked in is your best bet. Also, someone recommending you from the inside also helps. Alternatively, you can look for recruiters who are placing folks with us.
Go out too Linkedin to look for any postings that are close. If you can't find any, for the listings they do have, look for an HR Recruiter to connect with and send them a message to introduce yourself, what you are looking for and what advice would they have for you. Attach your resume. Also go to their job site and sign up for relevant notifications. It is a complete myth that Recruiters do not respond to job site applications.
