Bronx is so greatly reduced because stupidvisors and disrespectful managers called them to go work at Spectrum while the Spectrum techs are on strike. I am sorry but that tells you what kind of respect they have for those workers and how truly ignorant they are that they think that they are really going to replace the striking workers when this is over.
This is an UNFAIR LABOR STRIKE they should google it to get an idea of how much they have been misled by their buddies the managers.
Who cares about Charter ? Don't we work for Altice ? I think we have our own problems to deal with . This is not a charter forum. Take that somewhere else and complain.
The union is going to get voted out
That is a nice article who ever posted it but it does not apply in this case. This is an UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICE STRIKE, which is different than an ECONOMIC STRIKE. Look up the difference, and if you read the article the employer sent letters out to its employees on strike to return to work, which Spectrum thus far has not done. Under an U.L.P. Strike employees on strike CAN NOT be replaced with SCABS hired by the company to do their work. They are gauranteed their position when they went on strike, it is up to the company what to do with the SCABS, and since it is a union shop they would have to join the union. It amazes me how workers still listen to upper management who the last thing they have is the workers interest in mind. THE ONLY THING THEY WORRY ABOUT ARE THEIR NUMBERS NOT YOU.

I've spoken to upper management at Charter and there's a good chance a lot of those union guys are not coming back. There's an attitude that if they don't want to work, then they are not taking them back. If they do take them back there's a good chance they have lost their shifts etc. I got offered by three different high up managers but I just can't see crossing that line just because. If I got let go and needed the work.... maybe

Union workers will be back at some point and scabs will be GONE. This is a fact. The real question is - Why do these scabs want to help corporate executives beat down the working guy who is just trying not to have things taken away from him? I understand if you need a job, but you don't waste your time getting a job that you're not going to be able to keep and one that's taking food out of another person's kids mouths. This is why there is no lower lifeform than the scab.

What is so unfair about it?Charter did not agree to the Unions demands? That is called negotiation. Striking workers can and have been replaced with replacement workers. All legal, nothing to see here... The only thing ignorant is anyone besides dexter, hakeem, and charlie who think they have a career here at Altice.
