The Bronx has been effectively decimated by management once a proud shop now less than 18 techs in Osp and. Under 100 field service techs this is what Ats has brung, a place with no voice and no choice and soon 100% contract force and still even with the dwindling numbers the union is trying to help. But yet again less than 10 people showed up, so sad guess your still in good spirits wishing you good luck at your next job since you do not care, about the one your in.

Bronx is so greatly reduced because stupidvisors and disrespectful managers called them to go work at Spectrum while the Spectrum techs are on strike. I am sorry but that tells you what kind of respect they have for those workers and how truly ignorant they are that they think that they are really going to replace the striking workers when this is over. This is an UNFAIR LABOR STRIKE they should google it to get an idea of how much they have been misled by their buddies the managers.
Now all ats management are leaving. Greatest company to worst in a year's time.
Under 100 FS Techs? When I started 16 years ago, we had over 100 techs in Randolph. We're down to 38.
Unbelievable how people are ok with the bs this company feeds them they would rather sit and take the bs and then have the nerve to cry about it then you mention why don't we organize and there like no I don't want to pay for protection I'd rather lose everything and possibly my job before I pay a few bucks a week to have a voice let me say this if the dam union where so bad and didn't do anything for anyone then why do cops,teachers,athletes,plumbers,carpenters,ect if they where so bad the companies would invite them in with open arms I was never big on unions but glad we are now people need to wake up and smell the roses unless you truly don't care what they take from you or you don't care about your job either way you all need to wake up and do something about instead of going on this site to complain get the union get a voice.
