RIF (Reduction in Force) has resulted in many seasoned veterans and upcoming talent to leave - the loss of talent is profound. Schneider electric who bought Pelco did not understand the surveillance market and lost huge amounts of market share - I am not even sure why they did it because they are just losing money. The acquisition was handled so poorly and they have communicated very little.

True and it's getting better. They just cut 20 here in Fresno.
