ULA had several rounds of layoffs in the last couple of years - people are getting used to it which is never a good sign.
Engineering employees are expected to work a minimum of 10% unpaid overtime (who else does this and is this legal at all???) - I am sure this will continue.
Layoffs have also left employees doing multiple people's jobs - folks are overwhelmed... The pay is OK-ish but I feel underpaid for my current load of responsibilities.
