Another OT lawsuit. Same firm as one currently being litigated. Thiso new same not same as suit filed in '13

I hope Kellogg's loses more million$.
The new suit is separate from the suit already in litigation. The old suit goes back to before '13 (I think).
Just wondering what their proposed work around to our retention contracts.

I think the original post was taken down because it had the law firm name and number. Just Google "Kelloggs OT lawsuit" and you will find the firm handling the case.
