The plaintiff's attorney has litigated versus ExxonMobil, Citgo, Howard Hughes Corp., Shell, Williams-Sonoma among others. The G4S Security Advisor and his legal team have a full quiver of legal arrows . Will Shell bow down like a mangy cur or spill the tea on G4S employee?

Replacing older experienced workers with new college graduates is a practice that Shell started back with in 2014. The declining oil prices gave Shell the opportunity to get rid of those folks in a massive way. Now they're starting to hire again BUT only young people and at a reduced salary
