Think about what I am sharing now. The future will be the automation and all the admins will be let go. IBM will not work anymore as it was done in the past with very good and skilled admins. Everything will be done by automata on IP Center and other robotics tools( fo example Chef and so on...). They will eventually also reduce those teams when they will reach a good level of automation for each type of environment in GTS and after incidents will be automatise also change and service management.
Nobody is safe anymore in GTS this is the new concept on how the business will be done.
I am speaking in this way as I am part of the new project to get ride of all the lower levels of admins, and keep just the higher layers, for the moment.
