League City received over 24 inch's of rain, and the east edge of Hurricane Harvey, I would hope that corp, and the Cabela's nation would make sure these outfitters in League City are ok, and if they need anything from the family of outfitters that really do care about each other, and not just the bad coming from the news of the corporation these days?

Our store in Fort Worth is sending a group of outfitters down to League City to help the store and the fellow outfitters in need. I think the Waco and Buda stores might be as well.(not sure)
They might be helping with the community as well. It's so terrible what's happened down there. Breaks my heart to see it
I heard that corporate has notified employees how they can contribute to the outfitters in the League City store as well as the overall hurricane effort. Has anyone heard what corporate is doing, or are they relying on the outfitters to be the corporate response?
Best Buy sells water by the bottle, not by the case. They simply sold cases of water, charging according to the price of each bottle (i.e., $3 per bottle X 24 bottles per case is $72 per case). That is not price gouging, it is "not giving a quantity discount". They may not even have the item number for cases of water in their system.
IMHO - they should have given it away, but, then again, they are in as much financial trouble as Cabela's.
Best Buy has been accused of price gouging. Don't we know someone on their board of directors??
