It's so frustrating working here sometimes, as we are left to discover what has changed in procedures and operations on our own... Those at the top make a decision, but it never gets properly communicated to the level that is most affected by the change... This leads to a lot of unnecessary write-ups, as if we are psychic and can figure out on our own that we have to do something a different way when nobody actually told us!!! There is a loose link in the chain, they need to find it ASAP...

The typical revolving door environment, do yourself a favor and not waste your time working here, in addition it will look really bad if is in your resume,.... no much aspirations
Hi I'm a former employee of Charter Communications and at 1st I loved my job but Charter suddenly became a place no one wants to find themselves at my age! After 14 years I was let go because of sales demands! Again good employees loosing their job because of numbers! Not because you lay out or you're not an excellent employee but you know longer offer them what they consider quality employment! I'm totally satisfied with their decision it was the best thing that ever happened to me!! I'm free from stress!!
