In their missive regarding plans to downsize starting with voluntary retirements to cutting consultants to then and lastly pulling employees, it didn't seem to go down that way. As i was cleaning out my desk, I noticed all the Indians from the consulting companys were still employed there, even large number the consultants that were recently onboarded.
