working here's getting more frustrating every day. in addition to low pay, issues with scheduling, and absolutely no recognition for our hard work, the environment at my store has become increasingly more toxic day in day out. managers are belligerent towards other employees even in front of customers, there's yelling every day. when something goes wrong, they'll blame anybody but themselves, but they're quick to take credit for stuff they had nothing to do with. needless to say, morale is at an all time low.

This is applicable to every large US corporation.
Nothing unique to JCP, zilch.
You seem to thin this is unique to JC Penney.
Might wanna go check "Latest Posts" and have a look outside your fishbowl. You'll find it's going on pretty much everywhere.
