Used to be in Bartow Business support, just had an installation and follow up and it does not seem like I am talking to U.S. support. I said "I used to be in Bartow" and asked where they were and in all 3 cases answer "down South". Does that mean Suddenlink or Dominican Rep. Just checking..good luck to all

geez, I remember circa 2000-05 ish when our dispatch/support guys and gals work stations were right on the same floor as us in our depot building. Knew a lot of them by name and had their contacts in our Nextels to call direct. Ancient history now.

Most calls are being routed to , Georgia , Texas , and YES DR!! They are useless can't make any changes to accounts , all they can due is trans to sales DEPT for EVERYTHING!! When you ask were they are located they get very defensive. They identify them selves as the "Billing DEPT" - What a joke!! Work From Home is another name they go bye. Managment claims their are only a hand full of them, - ALL LIES . Even the new call monitors are from some outside Agency in South America.
Why do you care and why would you even bother giving a dime to these French bastards for their sh-- service...
