Thread regarding J.C. Penney Co. Inc. layoffs

JCP constantly has to battle to stay open. Retail is tough and especially if your as big as them. Internet focus and customer experience is #1

Employees make the difference. You must make the customers experience number one. Return customers is what you want. Employees need to focus on making it the best place to shop and JCP will grow and make it long term.

If you don't want to help people you don't need to be in retail.

Treat every customer as a guest in your home. Treat fellow employees with respect.

Keep it a happy positive place and people will come.

If you're not able to do that find another job because retail needs people that love helping people.
