Considering the two newest product initiatives are direct competitors of Athena and Spotlight, not to mention moogsoft and other companies... no.
I’m of the opinion that companies have discovered speed is an unnecessary expense now that ML is starting to be effective.
Zero chance... the best thing to do here is to sell the company to competent folks who can turn it around.
Amazon doesn't even want to buy Teradata for penny can you believe it? How could you blame them? Look at the way our management works. I am not surprised Jeff Bezos passed on Teradata even though the market cap of Teradata is only $2B.
Can you run your solution as a cloud based product?
It's our choice. We run the place, not them. They are holding out for golden parachutes. Be vocal, speak up, don't work in fear. Without you, Teradata doesn't exist. Kick the idiot management out before they kick you out. Make yourself heard.
