Sadly, it's happening. I hoped we'd get passed in the latest Cox Automotive round of layoffs, but no such luck. Some of the veterans are gone, but also some newer folks, so I have no idea what factors they considered to decide who will be let go. We lost 45 people, but who knows if that is all. Until Cox reaches its targeted number, I know I am not sleeping easy.

The car bubble, fueled by the lowest interest rates and loosest credit in recorded history. Too bad 99.99% of the population is clueless about economics and how to recognize a bubble.
Not that they care, so long as they get a paycheck out of it. Well, now it's time to pay the piper...
