Does it make a difference?! Both companies are horrible to its employees. Better brush up on the resume and interview skills.

Both are fundamentally broken because management doesn't understand that they are not growth companies. They make unrealistic quarterly projections and inflate earnings by cutting enough people so that they can grab a bonus. It looks good on paper but neither business is building a sustainable future.
